Sessions are offered in person or online. 8 sessions for $350 including an initial 60-minute assessment and seven 40-minute sessions plus unlimited email assistance weekdays.

Exercise and movement is often an integral piece of the puzzle to improving overall health and wellbeing. Whether you are just starting a fitness program or want to maintain or boost what you've been doing, one-on-one or group vinyasa yoga flow, yoga sculpt with weights and/or strength training may help you achieve your goals.
Sessions are one hour and offered in person or online. 1 session for $75 in person or $50 online; 4 sessions for $250 in person or $175 online; 8 sessions for $450 in person or $375 online.
If you find strength for creating and carrying out your own health and wellness plan by meeting together with others in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, group coaching is for you. Create your own group or we can build groups together. 4-6 individuals per group with common goals works best.
Sessions are offered in person or online. 8 sessions for $300 per individual including an initial 60-minute individual assessment and seven 40-minute group sessions.
