will help you improve your general health and wellbeing in the areas of:
exercise, movement & rest
personal & professional development
relationships & communications
We begin with identifying your goals and create strategies to achieve them using the process model developed and tested by Duke Integrative Medicine.
We work on what is important to you with actionable steps that fit your lifestyle. My expertise and processes help lead you in the change. Together, we create a plan that is consistent with your values and your reality.
We start your journey to a better you by taking a look at your entire life using the "Wheel of Health" and see how it all intertwines. We look at what's strong and what needs improvement in all facets of your overall health and well being.
We create a roadmap for your total integrative health. Together, we breakdown each area, prioritize, strategize and journey together with actionable steps on the road to optimal wellness. It begins with a Personal Health Inventory, developed by Duke Integrative Medicine, to help understand where you are now and where you want to go. I'll help you stay on track and you'll gain confidence in your own strength abilities.
We can pivot and change direction throughout the process as we work together and learn from challenges along the way. We identify what works and what doesn't
Together we explore what is possible – going for it—the sky is the limit. We will work hard and have fun along the way celebrating successes. All in all, helping you grow and change.
